WARRIORS CONCLUDE NEW SPONSOR DEAL
Gloucestershire Warriors have struck a sponsorship deal with a local company A&E Fire Equipment Limited. The deal sees the company's name on the Warriors shirts and a signboard around the Warriors’ Chosen Hill pitch as well as prominent programme advertising.
"We are delighted to agree the deal", said Chairman Chris Wilson. "A&E are very enthusiastic about rugby league as we are and we are thrilled that they offered to support us in this way".
Speaking for A&E, Ed Stallard Business Development Manager said. "We were aware of the game and were happy to support the Warriors who are the standard-bearers for rugby league in the county. It is a fantastic sport and we are pleased to be involved to promote the game in the region and hopefully encourage more players to take up the sport".
The Warriors sported their A&E branded new shirts for the first time against Derby City.
The Warriors are still looking for other sponsors for the 2010 season and beyond.
